2 barspoon Honey
2 fl oz Bison grass vodka
1 1/2 fl oz Chamomile/Camomile tea (cold)
1/2 fl oz Krupnik spiced honey liqueur

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

  1. STIR honey with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve honey.
  2. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I made my tea very strong (1 TBSP chamomile in 4 oz water).
My homemade Lithuanian Krupnikas is pretty sweet, so I skipped the additional honey.
