Is there an on the rocks version of this at all?

Perhaps actually better served on the rocks. I'll revisit this cocktail when back at my bar next week, also with a view to replacing the old photo. Could be as easy as staining into an ice-filled glass.

I muddled a slice of ginger which gives a nice slight spiciness because of our "winter" raspberries used raspberry syrup instead of simple syrup.

Sounds delicious!

I like to preblend my fruit instead of muddling
It incorporates better and wastes less
