How to make:
MUDDLE banana in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1⁄4 fresh | Banana (ripe & peeled) |
1 1/2 fl oz | Absolut Vanilia vodka |
3/4 fl oz | Butterscotch liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Giffard Banane du Brésil |
1 spoon | Maple syrup |
1/2 fl oz | Milk (semi-skimmed/2% fat) |
1/2 fl oz | Single cream / half-and-half |
