How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. FLOAT cream on drink. (It pays to whip cream first.)

3/4 fl oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
3/4 fl oz Giffard Fraise des Bois
1/4 fl oz Giffard Noir de Bourgogne Cassis
3/4 fl oz Single cream / half-and-half
