Review:

Rosé vermouth contributes almost floral notes to this rosé vermouth and fino sherry-influenced Fifty-Fifty Martini, with a splash of amaro adding a touch of bitter complexity.

At Milady's you can order this signature cocktail in a "cheeky" mini-size, a three-ounce pour (as above) or as a generous "full-figured" serve.

Really enjoyed this one. There's enough gin to hit the "martini" note and this is quite dry but the rose vermouth and bit of amaro add some richness and floral/herbal notes while the fino sherry adds nuttiness and complexity. Very delicious and very "moreish" but quite potent! I will definitely make this again.
