Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Hibiscus (sorrel) liqueur
12 oz Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
12 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dehydrated blood red orange slice wheel.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with orange wedge.

Adapted from a recipe created by Del Pedro at Tooker Alley in Brooklyn, New Yor City and located on the Prospect Heights side of Crown Heights.

One of numerous cocktails named after New York City boroughs or districts within those boroughs. Crown Heights is a neighbourhood in central Brooklyn.

I used Tod & Vixen's Dry Gin, Greenbar Hibiscus Liqueur, and Meletti Bitter. Served up, it was a more spirit forward and fruity Negroni, but still retains the classic Negroni taste. Recommended.
