Wow. Interesting, and bizarre, at the same time. Very tart, and the secondary flavours that come in are the body of the lime with the allspice/clove of the becherovka, which sort of makes an abrubt left turn. I think this one might be an acquired taste (not in a bad way). Certainly one of the more unique flavour combinations. I'm resisting the urge to add a dash more simple to it to round it out a bit more and take the edge off the super tart lime, but I'll hold off for a few more sips at least.

Update: Okay the drink seems to have come together nicely, and now I have this neat tart tingle on my tongue which plays with the clove spice of the becherovka. I see how this one is supposed to work now. Very nice.

Great Last Word variant; surprisingly not named after that classic but has same 3 of 4 ingredients of the Last Word (just swaps Chartreuse Green for Becherovka) and almost the same 1:1:1:1 proportion.

Made this with a Five Spice gin I have that also features Cinnamon and Cloves. Pump up the Spice!!
Delicious 😋

Quite tart and light bodied. Nice complexity from the Becherovka. Would be nicely rounded by a little egg white, which I’ll try adding next time.

Of course it has a sweet note because of the Maraschino. But the Becherovka adds a good amount of botanical flavors. I used Roku gin but Gin Mare would be a good idea.
