History:

Created in 2002 by yours truly. The great British dessert of rhubarb and custard inspired a cult children's TV cartoon in the 1970s featuring a naughty pink cat called Custard and a green dog named Rhubarb. Like many British men, Rhubarb spent a lot of time in his garden shed.

Alcohol content:

Brilliant. Rich, creamy, decadent, with a bright background fruitiness/bite from the rhubarb. Used homemade advocaat and rhubarb syrup and both are quite thick compared to store bought so this was almost like a desert in a glass.
