2 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1 1⁄2 oz | Rhubarb syrup (from tinned rhubarb) |
1⁄6 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Garnish: Lemongrass
MUDDLE lemongrass in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Fragrant, exotic lemon flavours combine well with rhubarb to make a surprisingly refreshing drink.
Based on a cocktail discovered in 2003 at Zuma, London, England.
