Like this cocktail, but made one revision. We prefer our cocktail sour. So we omitted the lime cordial and used all lime juice. Did a dry stir, and tasted. Adjusted with a dash of sugar syrup. Then did the shake with the ice. It was perfect. Unfortunately, does drink way to easy as it tastes like a hard limeade. Would do again.

Apple and lime flavours are a winning pairing in this cocktail, a perfect balance of apple and fresh lime tartness blended with the sweetened lime cordial. I used Briottet Manzana Verdi as the Schnapps and it is a real discovery. This is one I return to and plan to introduce friends to.
