1 fl oz Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur
1/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 1/2 fl oz Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Flute glass

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of heart-shaped strawberry slice.

Method

  1. MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
  2. Add liqueur and lemon juice, SHAKE with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  4. TOP with sparkling wine and briefly stir.

  1. Garnish with strawberry slice on rim.

Named for the 19th-century Italian opera composer, Gioachino Antonio Rossini. This is one of the most popular Bellini variants in Venice.
