4 fresh Small ripe strawberries (hulled)
¾ shot Lejay Creme de Fraise BUY
Top up with Prosecco sparkling wine (or Champagne)

How to make:

MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add liqueur, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne and gently stir.

Comment:

Strawberries seem to complement Prosecco even better than white peaches.

Origin:

Named for the 19th century Italian opera composer, Gioachino Antonio Rossini. This is one of the most popular Bellini variants in Venice.
