How to make:
MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add liqueur, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with prosecco and gently stir.

Strawberries seem to complement prosecco even better than white peaches so perhaps order this in preference to a Bellini.
