How to make:

MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

7 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
1 1/2 fl oz Bacardi 8 year old rum
1/2 fl oz Single cream / half-and-half
1/2 fl oz Milk (semi-skimmed/2% fat)
1/4 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
1/2 fl oz Giffard Cassis Noir de Bourgogne
