2 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
2 oz Rioja (Crianza) red wine
2 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of chopped fruit.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Forgot the syrup while making this and I'm enjoying it just fine
