Ingredients:
23 oz Disaronno amaretto
23 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
1 23 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Simple and effective. Very good. I did it in the Nut with half an orange (fibre!). Splash of agave.
The orange stands up to the thuggish Campari and Amaretto.

Love this. Nutty Amaretto balancing out bitter orange from the Campari and the sweet zing of fresh orange. Very enjoyable
