Serve in a Martini glass
| 1⁄4 whole | Vanilla pod |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Absolut Vanilia Vodka |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Single cream/half-and-half |
| 1⁄2 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Garnish: Vanilla pod
How to make:
Take 1/4 a vanilla pod and cut along its length. MUDDLE this in the base of a shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
