How to make:
MUDDLE coriander seeds in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
2 spoon | Coriander seeds |
2 fl oz | Rutte Dry Gin |
2 fl oz | Carrot juice (freshly extracted) |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) |
1 grind | Black pepper |
1 pinch | Salt |
