| 2 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
| 3 fl oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |

Serve in a Toddy glass
MUDDLE cloves in base of shaker. Add cognac and apple juice. SHAKE without ice and fine strain into glass. WARM in microwave then FLOAT double cream over drink.
