Lemon & lime slice wheels and mint sprigs bouquet
How to make:
Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise). Add next 5 ingredients and SHAKE with ice. Open the shaker, add soda and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
|2 fresh||Mint leaves|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Fino sherry|
|1/2 fl oz||Hayman's London Dry Gin|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/3 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)|
|2 1/2 fl oz||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
