Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon and lime slice wheels, and mint sprigs bouquet.
Method
- Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
- Add next 5 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- Open the shaker, ADD soda and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
