2 fresh | Mint leaves |
1 1⁄2 oz | Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry |
1⁄2 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄3 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
2 1⁄2 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
Garnish: Lemon & lime slice wheels and mint sprigs bouquet
Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise). Add next 5 ingredients and SHAKE with ice. Open the shaker, add soda and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
