Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Honey herbal liqueur (e.g. Drambuie)
12 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:

Created in 2008 by Lewis Jaffrey, Drambuie's Global Brand Ambassador. According to Lewis, it is so named because the ingredients have a combined age of over 650 years.

Chartreuse and lime were very dominant, and it needed a splash of cold water to better round the flavors together. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
