Serve in a Collins glass
2 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1⁄2 oz | Honey sugar syrup |
3 fresh | Basil leaves |
3⁄4 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 1⁄2 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
Garnish: Basil leaf & apple slice
STIR honey syrup with gin until honey dissolves. TEAR basil leaves and add to shaker with all other ingredients. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Not dry, not sweet, just balanced, long and refreshing.
