Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Honey sugar syrup
3 fresh Basil leaves
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Basil leaf & apple slice

How to make:

STIR honey syrup with gin until honey dissolves. TEAR basil leaves and add to shaker with all other ingredients. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Not dry, not sweet, just balanced, long and refreshing.

Increased basil leaves and replaced the honey sugar syrup with 10 ml of honey, slightly heated and dissolved in a few drops of water, then in the gin. Homemade apple juice made the rest. Excellent cocktail.

Just made this. It's delicious. I used sipsmith London Cup for the gin.
