Ingredients:
1 12 oz Jamaican aged blended rum with funk
1 oz Hibiscus (sorrel) liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice, then pour soda into shaker before straining into an ice-filled glass.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created at Smuggler's Cove in San Fransciso, which in turn was inspired by the traditional Sorrel Punch, enjoyed throughout the Caribbean.

A nicely balanced drink. I had picked up some sorrel liqueur while on holiday in Grenada and this is a fine use of it.
