Ingredients:
1 23 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
56 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
23 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I wasn't expecting much from this cocktail, but it over-delivered.
The Orgeat adds a richness to what might otherwise be a basic sour.

Tasty, perhaps a little sweet for drinking multiples (my wife and I split one and it was a good amount). I'd probably increase the lemon juice a touch and similarly decrease the orgeat if I make it again.
