1 fl oz Lejay Curacao Bleu
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ fl oz Giffard Orgeat Syrup

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist

A blue rinsed, orange washed, gin based 'tini' that benefits from being sweetened with almond rather than plain syrup.
