How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2008 by Jeffrey Morgenthaler at Bel Ami Lounge in Oregon, USA. The optional addition of a barspoon (5ml) amaretto is thanks to a suggestion by Tibor Szentirmai, a fellow Discerning Drinker.
