Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
3 fresh Cherry tomato (fresh) chopped
1 12 fl oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
12 fl oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
34 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon zest twist

How to make:

MUDDLE tomatoes in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Review:

This may have tomatoes in but it is no Bloody Mary. Possibly a tad on the sweet side, but complex none the less.

The cherry tomatos and elderflower liqueur made this cocktail special, rum body and some sweet grenadine, wonderfull.
