Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
15 ml Yellow (Jaune) Chartreuse liqueur
10 ml Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2.5 ml Passion fruit purée
