Inspired by the classic fantasy movie "Alice in Wonderland", in which Alice falls down a rabbit hole after chasing a rabbit and enters a fantasy world.In this world, the protagonist continues to learn and grow while exploring, much like Mr. Hayman's story of how he defied all odds and moved forward through trials and tribulations while becoming more and more true to his heart and striving to restore the original recipe and the winery.I used a Gewürztraminer semi-sweet white wine to provide the floral and fruity aromas, and the botanical notes of Hayman's Gin paired with the herbaceousness of the Green Chartreuse to create the feeling of running through the woods with Mr. Rabbit.The decoration uses basil oil dripping on the surface to add roundness and a forest-like feel to the wine.I want to use simple materials to show what I want to express, even if I enter a world that is both real and fake, I still want to stay true to my heart.
