Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Blended Scotch whisky
12 oz Elderflower liqueur
12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
1 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon zest twist

How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with just a splash of soda.

Review:

Apple, Scotch and elderflower, honeyed and floral.

Created in 2006 by yours truly for our French friend, Xavier Padovani, who at the time was the man behind Monkey Shoulder whisky.
