Serve in a Hurricane glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
14 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
12 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
2 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Hurricane glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange, lime & lemon slices.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Very soft and fruity. Gave this 3 1/2 stars. You could not taste the rum or cognac for all the fruit.
However, after the first sip added about 1/4 oz of 151. Stirred. It was much better into the 4 star range. It was like a really strong tiki drink.
