Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 1⁄2 oz | Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky |
| 1⁄2 oz | Honey herbal liqueur (e.g. Drambuie) |
| 1 oz | Blended Scotch whisky |
| 1 oz | Absolut Hunni Vodka |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
Review:
A suitably hardened Rusty Nail variation with a full three measures of spirit.
History:
Created in 2010 by yours truly at The Cabinet Room, London, England and named after New Zealand's All Blacks rugby team.
