Serve in a Martini (small) glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
14 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
0.08 oz Aniseed (anise) liqueur
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini (small) glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Thanks, Jeremy. Your bringing this to my attention led me to revisit the recipe - I've cut the measure of peated whisky by half and upped the Pernod to half a bar spoon. I've also made a note to address in the 18th edition of our book.
