Glass:
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 6 fresh | Green grapes (seedless) |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Ginger liqueur |
| 1⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 4 fresh | Basil leaves torn |
| 1⁄2 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of basil leaf.
How to make:
- MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
- Add next 5 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with soda water and briefly stir.
Garnish:
- Garnish with basil leaf.
