How to make:
MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker. Add next 5 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda water, stir and serve with straws.

1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
4 fresh | Basil leaves (torn) |
