1 2⁄3 fl oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
1⁄2 fl oz Passoã passion fruit liqueur
1⁄2 fl oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
1⁄2 fl oz Passion fruit purée
1⁄2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 fl oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine

How to make

Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of half a fresh passion fruit.

Method

  1. SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. Optionally, separately POUR the sparkling wine into a chilled shot glass to serve alongside the cocktail.
