¹⁄₂ fl oz	Strucchi Dry Vermouth
2 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Hayman's London Dry Gin

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Lemon zest twist and skewered chilled green olive.

Method

Gently SHAKE vermouth with ice.
STRAIN and discard vermouth to leave the ice in the shaker coated with vermouth.
Add gin, SHAKE again with coated ice.
STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
Garnish with skewered olive.
