Wonderful martini. Made using a local dry gin which only uses juniper as its flavouring. Made for a very dry martini which was perfect.

Tried this again using 5 drops of Olive Bitters and a rye based gin. Also did a James Bond on it (shaken). As before, it was perfect. A bit more olive taste due to the bitters and a nice malt hint from the rye gin.
