How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
1/2 fl oz | Rhum Clément Blanc |
1/4 fl oz | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
1/4 fl oz | Difford's Falernum liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Gomme syrup |
3 drop | Difford's Daiquiri Bitters |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
