Ingredients:
1 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
12 oz Rhum Clément Blanc
14 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
14 oz Difford's Falernum liqueur
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Gomme syrup
3 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare lime slice wheel (ideally dehydrated) for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Float (dehydrated) lime slice wheel.

Tried this with Havana 3 and Wray & Nephew and regular 2:1 Sugar Syrup. AMAZING. Instantly fell in love Just another Daiquiri addition. Turns out I love them all...!

Just tried this. Didn't have gomme syrup so substituted with sugar syrup. Great addition to my go to daiquiris. Works well.

Instant fave, although I cut the sugar a bit. Thing is, I don't do honey myself but I really want someone to figure out a further riff on this that incorporates Benedictine or Dom Cristina or really anything with Dom in the name, thus creating the Dom Daddy. A man can dream.
