DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice). SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

2 fl oz Bourbon whiskey
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Maple syrup
1/2 fl oz Pasteurised egg white

Our comment:

Rich bourbon notes highlighted by maple syrup (particularly charcoal) in an otherwise classic sour. A tad rich for those with a dry palate.
