56 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
56 oz Mince pie liqueur
56 oz Advocaat liqueur
16 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
16 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
16 oz Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  3. POUR sherry into the centre of the cocktail (it will sink to form a dark base).

  1. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
