How to make

Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
Method
- SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- POUR sherry into the centre of the cocktail (it will sink to form a dark base).
Garnish
- Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
