Ingredients:
1 12 oz Lucano Amaro Zero°
1 oz Lapsang Souchong tea (cold)
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Cinnamon Syrup
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and cinnamon stick.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  4. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  5. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  6. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  7. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
