Ingredients:
1 23 oz Absolut Nights Smoky Piña
34 oz Viognier white wine
34 oz Pineapple juice
13 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
16 oz Monin Pineapple Syrup
6 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Created in December 2024 by yours truly and named after the animated sitcom character Marge Simpson from The Simpsons, famed for her tolerance of her lazy husband Homer and recognisable by her tall blue beehive hair.
