Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of scorched pineapple wedge.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

A lovely complex and tart sour. Perhaps just a wee bit too tart for our taste. We added just 5ml Giffard Caribbean Pineapple Liqueur. Better for us.
