Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
34 oz Fernet Branca liqueur
13 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I especially enjoy sour cherry cocktails, and the Fernet Branca adds complementary interest and complexity. Nice.
