Ingredients
35 ml	Hayman's Old Tom Gin
25 ml	Hayman's Sloe Gin liqueur
10 ml	BarSol Quebranta Pisco
25 ml	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
60 ml	Orange Bitters by Angostura
15 ml	Egg white
30 ml	Orange marmalade
30 ml	Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water)
