Ingredients:
1 12 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
12 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
14 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
4 drop Bob's Vanilla bitters optional
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) optional
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Very delicious cocktail. I used a tiny bit of vanilla syrup and orange bitters because I had no vanilla bitters.

Might be the Mezcal, first try the smokiness overpowered the rest. Second try I cut the Mezcal back to 10ml, wonderful drink. Balanced with a touch of smoke.
