I'm getting a slight vegetal note (used Dolin Blanc & Dolin Rouge), which seems like something that would be refreshing on a hot day, kind of like drinks with cucumber.

Lovely sunny evening here in the Lake district tonight. This was just perfect - unassuming but delicious, and pouring but not stirring the ingredients generated an enjoyable progression of flavours.
