| 7.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 7.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 17.5 ml | Condensed milk |
| 30 ml | Double cream / heavy cream |
| 30 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
