3 1⁄3 oz | Chardonnay (Chablis) white wine |
5⁄6 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
1⁄6 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
5⁄6 oz | Honey herbal liqueur (e.g. Drambuie) |
Garnish: Lemon slice studded with cloves and a cinnamon stick stirrer
Gently warm first 3 ingredients in a pan until mulled. While heating, pour the liqueur into a pre-warmed heatproof glass. POUR heated mulled wine into liqueur-charged glass.
