Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
34 oz Butterscotch liqueur
34 oz White crème de cacao liqueur
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of butterscotch sweet.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Many things go well with rum. Butterscotch and white crème de cacao are not among them.

Half or no sugar syrup to avoid it being too sweet.
