How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 1/2 fl oz Ketel One Citroen vodka
1/2 fl oz Giffard Noir de Bourgogne Cassis
1 fl oz Apple juice
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)

This blackcurrant fruity cocktail has a citrus zing courtesy of the citrus vodka base and the addition of fresh lime juice, the sourness of which adds balance.

History:

Created in September 2011 by Jack Webber for the British Brown's Bar & Restaurant chain, it’s since become a favourite on the Brown’s menu where it’s listed under ‘Browns Signature Cocktails’.
