Willi Wonka cocktail
| 2 fresh | Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe) |
| 2 fl oz | Cachaça (unaged) |
| 1/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix |
| 1/3 fl oz | Monin White Chocolate Syrup |
Garnish: White chocolate square and half strawberry
How to make
Glassware
Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
Method:
Muddle strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
