34 oz Lustau Palo Cortado Península Sherry
12 oz Pineapple juice
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of cocoa powder.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with a dusting of cacao powder over the cocktail.
